Foundation GYM Program


Designed for beginners or those returning to the gym, this program builds strength, fitness, and confidence through structured training.

Phase One (12 weeks)
Weeks 1–4: 3x weight sessions + 1x cardio
Weeks 5+: 4x weight sessions + 1x cardio

Delivered through an app, it includes menstrual cycle–aware programming, progress tracking, movement demos, and device sync.

 

You’ll also learn key lifts like squat, deadlift, and bench press to prepare for Phase Two.

Recurring billing every 4 weeks to continue through phases, with the option to cancel anytime.

$49 for 4 weeks

Foundation HOME Program


A beginner-friendly at-home training program designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence after a break or starting out.

Phase One (12 weeks)
Weeks 1–4: 3x weight sessions + 1x cardio
Weeks 5+: 4x weight sessions + 1x cardio

Delivered through an app with cycle-based programming, progress tracking, movement demos, and device sync.

Requires basic equipment (dumbbells 2–10kg, booty band, yoga mat).

Phase Two (Week 13+) progresses to heavier weights.

Recurring billing every 4 weeks, cancel anytime.
