Our Semi-Private Training offers personalized, proven programming in a group of like-minded individuals.

What’s Included:

  • 2 face-to-face sessions weekly

  • Personalized workouts to do on your own

  • New programs every 4 weeks

  • Progress check-ins or performance reviews

  • Food logs, workout tracking, and accountability

  • Goal setting​

Our clients work with us for a minimum of 27 weeks to ensure that we can educated them to make a life long change.

 

This is a small investment you will make in your health for a lifelong transformation.

 

Change doesn't happen over night!

 $105 a week payable via direct debit.
